OBRA SOCIAL LA CAIXA

HIDDEN HEROES. GENIUS INVENTIONS
EVERYDAY OBJECTS.

Last Friday, May 12, we visited the free exhibition offered by "Obra Social La Caixa" in the tent set up for this purpose located in Herriko Plaza de Barakaldo.

Edison, Marconi, Graham Bell, Gutenberg ... are famous inventors but in this exhibition we could recognize the importance of the invention of objects that we use in our day to day and whose authorship is not so well known. The zipper, the tweezers, the mop, the paperclips, the velcro and, up to a total of 27 objects, were examples of imagination and tenacity on the part of their creators that could well encourage our students creativity and recognition of the importance of entrepreneurship

We also had access to the space "CaixaLab Experience" that had a laboratory with an interactive and multimedia workshop where we could learn the concept of entrepreneurship by experimenting with the Canvas model, framing the modules and the main areas of every business.

The exhibition is open to the general public until June 25, 2017.
