On Friday, September 21, the students of the center participated in a training session to make proposals to the deliberative process with young people from 16 to 20 years old in Portugalete, included in the Participatory Budgeting program.
This is the atmosphere that was breathed in one of the sessions. The ideas have been many, varied and very interesting. One of the proposals of the center may be chosen by the young people of Portugalete to be put into practice. We'll see.
