PARTICIPATORY BUDGETS (3rd SESSION)

Last Friday all the students of the PORTUGALETE BVTMI met in the Santa Clara cultural center to show the proposals generated in previous sessions. The delegates of the students took care of preparing the assigned room by configuring seven group spaces since that was the number of proposals to explain and defend in front of their companions of 1st and 2nd level.

Each group believed to have the best idea and it was difficult to maintain the adequate silence in the room to listen well to the guidelines of action (it was the first activity in a room with the whole center participating). However, once the chatterboxes were seated at the main table with the microphone open and all eyes were on the speakers of the groups ... the thing changed a bit.

We especially appreciate the collaboration of Igor who moderated and experimented in first person how complicated it is to try to control the juvenile and frantic hormones of all the students on a Friday late in the morning.

We leave you some snapshots of the different proposals shown in the session:

All the students were able to vote for the three best proposals (according to their own individual criteria) worthy of being presented to the Participatory Budgets promoted by the municipality of Portugalete.

Once the votes are counted and we know what the three winning proposals were, we will let you know also in this blog.
