WORKSHOP ON FRUSTRATION

Thanks to the collaboration of María, a student in Social Education practices at the School of Education of Bilbao, we conducted a workshop on frustration with second-year students. How to recognize this emotion in ourselves and in others and how to manage it properly were some of the skills we were working on.

  The truth is that the workshop we liked very much everyone, teachers and students.
