CARNIVAL AT BVT PORTUGALETE

 CATRINAS AND BROKEN DOLLS

In this course, to show the competences acquired in the elaboration of fantasy makeup, the students of the second level have made, during the week of Carnival, a laborious makeup that we want to share.

On the one hand, the Mexican skulls also called CATRINAS. In its origin, it was an emblem with which the Mexican lower class criticized the rich and privileged and, later on, it became synonymous with death.

And on the other hand, the broken dolls as an image that manages to convey the fragility of childhood or the distressing reality that some women have as a result of gender violence.

 CONGRATS FOR THE GOOD WORK!
